This is a 6 week 75 hour state certified course that meets the
requirements of a nursing assistant.
Must be at least 16 years old, able to commit to regular employment
with Country Manor, and have genuine interest in geriatrics and health care
field.

Provides direct
resident care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This position is responsible for
independent nursing functions throughout the scheduled shift. Some main duties include, but are not
limited to: Providing nursing
services in accordance with the resident’s written care plan. Communicate verbally and in writing any
pertinent resident information to appropriate personnel as well as
communicating to supervising RN, physician and family of changes in
resident’s condition and/or needs.
Accurately administer medications and treatments as ordered by the
physician and nursing staff, and maintain records of resident’s
medications, treatments and conditions.

Information
Technology Support is responsible to ensure that software, equipment, phone
system, etc...are working properly and to provide assistance with
training/troubleshooting as needed. Some main duties include but are not
limited to: installation/support for operating software upgrades, business
and Tenant/Resident phone system management/support, and to maintain I.T.
vendor relations.

The Chef must have
knowledge of food preparation, production, weight/measures, recipe
calculations and deliverance. Must have
the ability to follow standardized recipes and prepare quality food
products to be served in our elegant dining atmosphere. General knowledge of kitchen procedures
including sanitation, safety and cleaning are needed.

Therapist

Day Shift
|
The Physical
Therapist is responsible for appropriate instruction, supervision, and coordination
of specific patient P.T. order and/or interdepartmental conditions that
require P.T. consultation. Will assist Rehab Director to instruct,
supervise, and coordinate defined activities of Physical Therapy Aides and
Physical Therapy Assistants. Must
perform initial evaluation of patients and describe care plans to
staff. Complete initial and
recertification plan of care to be sent to doctor
Must be a graduate of
an accredited Physical Therapy Program and have current licensure in the
state of MN. Experience preferred.

The Home Health Aide (HHA) will provide personal cares and various
treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse as required. The Home Health Aide completes assigned
tasks to ensure timely, efficient, and safe client care. Communication and interactions with
clients, families, and other health team members is an essential component
of this position. Must have Nursing Assistant Certification.

The EC Specialist will
provide personal cares and various treatments as required. The EC Specialist will assist the
Coordinator with activities for the memory care program. He/she shall become familiar with each
client and provide recreational and social opportunities to meet their
individualized needs. Must have
Nursing Assistant Certification.
