Country Manor Health Care Center provides a unique model of care we call HOMETOWN. Country Manor's HOMETOWN is a combination of pioneering environmental changes and innovative programming that promotes healing and wellness. We care for our customers as a neighbor, not a number. - Three distinct care units that promote a sense of community and offer specially trained staff:
- Private and Companion Suites.
- Rounding physicians, psychiatrist and psychologist.
- Individual, small-group and large-group leisure activities tailored to each customer's interest.
- Resident Chef.
- Music Therapist.
- Chaplain and Chapel on the campus.
- Rehab Therapy available 7 days per week.
- A full compliment of services focused on our customer's quality of life-celebrating each person's individuality.
