Assisted Living/Home Care

Join the skilled Extended Care team as a Home Health Aide! The Home Health Aides assist our clients with activities of daily living and work collaboratively with other Extended Care staff to provide a safe environment for those we serve both on and off campus.  The Home Health Aide is a very important part of our extended care team as they provide direct care and companionship, and have the opportunity to engage with our clients.  The vision for extended services is to assist the elderly population to age in place in their homes, fostering Country Manor's hometown culture.  Interested persons must be registered as a Nursing Assistant in the State of MN.  We have a variety of shifts available, both on and off campus, and in our memory apartments. Hours to be discussed upon interview set-up.

We have a weekend position that may fit into your schedule!  Come join the skilled Assisted Living team at Country Manor Campus as a Home Health Aide!  The Home Health Aide assists our clients with activities of daily living and works collaboratively with other Home Care staff to provide a safe environment for those we serve.  The Home Health Aide is a very important part of our Assisted Living team as they provide companionship and have the opportunity to engage our clients, fostering Country Manor's hometown culture.  Interested persons must be currently registered as a Nursing Assistant in the State of MN, or be willing to earn such a degree asap.  We have day, evening, and night shift openings, all working e/o Saturday and Sunday, and e/o holiday.

Community RN Visit Nurse

Join Country Manor's professional Medicare certified Community Homecare Team as an RN! The Homecare RN is responsible for the coordination of care, collaboration with other providers in the community, supervision of direct care staff, and education of clients and caregivers. The RN must be familiar with basic Medicare guidelines and best practices, and work efficiently. Our clients are located within the surrounding area. Interested candidates must hold a current RN license and be in good standing in the state of MN. The preferred candidate will also have at least 6 months of Homecare/Community based 'visit nurse' experience.  OASIS experience is preferred. This is a part-time position working about 64-72 hours a payroll period (every two weeks), with weekend rotation and after business hours on-call every 4-6 weeks.

LPN Night Shift

Join Country Manor's skilled assisted living team as a Night Shift LPN!  We are in search of a clinically competent, licensed practical nurse that will provide care to clients under the general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of practice and care.  The Night Shift LPN continually works to meet client needs while coordinating and directing client care under the supervision of the RN.  Requirements include current licensure as an LPN in the State of MN in good standing and current CPR certification.  This is a 12 hour overnight shift, with night shift incentive.

Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator/Team Lead is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of social and recreational activities for clients, as well as active participation in training, education, programming and mentoring for all employees and volunteers.  The preferred candidate will have at least one year of therapeutic recreation/programming experience.  We have part-time days position that includes e/o weekend and e/o holiday. 

Beauty Shop

Beautician

Country Manor Campus is currently searching for a Beautician to join their hometown team.  The Beautician is responsible for providing beauty shop services such as shampoos, shampoo sets, haircuts, permanent waves, colors and manicures to residents.  This is a rewarding opportunity in a unique setting where you will be able to build meaningful relationships and bolster the self-image of elders.  Interested persons must be a graduate of an accredited school of Cosmetology and be currently licensed in the State of MN as Cosmetologist/Barber.  This is a part-time position working 4 hours on Friday mornings, with some on-call hours as well.  If you are a Cosmetologist/Barber, looking for a change of pace, this may be a great opportunity for you!

Assistant Manager/Bartender

Join Drakes, the Waterford's fine dining restaurant as an Assistant Manager/Bartender!  The Assistant Manager/Bartender will supervise staff and ensure that standards of efficiency and quality are met within the department.  Other duties include providing excellent customer service, performing daily census updates, and client/admission profile related reporting and recording.  Some qualifications include supervisory experience, the ability to manage money, work with computers, food preparation, food handling, storage and sanitation, and knowledge in the preparation of many types of cocktails.  This is a part-time position working 32 hours per week, with varied hours.  The restaurant closes at 9:00pm every night.    

Cook

Join Drakes, Waterford's fine dining restaurant as a cook!  The cook maintains daily food production and preparation of meals according to sanitary and safety regulations.  The Cook refers to the Cook Lead or Chef with production questions and will suggest menu, recipe and production changes.  Additional responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality food preparation utilizing portion control and standardized recipes, as well as assisting with the evaluation of appropriate quantities of food required.  The Cook must have all food ready at appropriate times and check/record temperature as required.  This position is part-time working 20-30 hours per week, and will include some evening and weekend hours.  Drakes closes at 9:00pm at the latest.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping/Laundry Team Leader

Afternoon/Evening Part-time Position

Join the housekeeping/Laundry team as a Team Leader on the evening shift! The Team Leader is responsible for the orientation and training of department staff in cooperation with the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry. Other areas of responsiblity include monitoring the performance of department staff, ordering, receiving and storing supplies and equipment, performing audits, and making schedule replacements/shift changes to cover all shifts in absence of the Director. The Team Leader must also be able to follow written departmental procedures for both the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.  This is a part-time position working afternoons/evenings, with e/o weekend and e/o holiday.

Housekeeping Assistant

The Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and odor-free living environment for residents and families. This position will perform housekeeping duties such as disinfecting, dusting, mopping, cleaning mirrors, walls and floors, emptying garbage, organizing furniture, and other related duties. Must use supplies per manufacturer guidelines and take care of cleaning equipment, while keeping work areas and utility rooms neat and orderly.

Laundry Assistant

The Laundry Assistant is responisble for providing adequate cleaned linen supplies daily, and ensuring that resdient's personal clothing is identified, available, clean and in good repair. The Laundry Assistant uses a facility specific marking systems and follows written procedures for daily distribution to rooms, individual clothing needs, and lost/misplaced clothing. It is also essential that the Laundry Assistant maintains a clean, orderly and safe environment in resident and laundry areas. Other duties include following cleaning schedules, ensuring residents' closets are orderly, free of dust, dirt and litter, use of Isolation Procedures when appropriate, keeping clean and soiled laundry separate, and covering clean laundry while transporting.

Activities Assistant

RN Case Manager, Rapid Recovery

Join Country Manor's skilled Nursing team as an RN Case Manager in Rapid Recovery!  The RN Case Manager is responsible for the coordination of care and supervision of staff on his/her designated unit.  Supervisory duties include but are not limited to training staff on policies, procedures, nursing methods and guidelines.  Additional duties include visiting residents to assess their physical and emotional status and implementing care plans to meet the needs of each resident to ensure quality health, independence and resident self-care.  This is a full-time salaried position, days, with every 8th Holiday and every 8th Weekend.  We do not require 4 year degree, but applicant must have an RN license in good standing.  Also, 2 years of long term care experience is preferred.

Woodcrest of Country Manor - St. Joseph, MN

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Woodcrest

Come join our new Woodcrest of Country Manor in St. Joseph, MN as a CNA!  The TMA will provide client care as required as well as perform medication administration and various treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse on campus.   Communication and interactions with the clients, families, and other health team members are an essential component of this position.  The CNA will be required to hold a TMA Certification, or be willing to train to acquire such certification immediately.  We have both PT and FT positions, with day, evening, and night shifts available.  All shifts will be required to work e/o weekend, and e/o holiday. 

LPN Float Nurse 12-Hour Shift

We are in search of a clinically competent, licensed practical nurse that will provide care to clients under the general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of practice and care.  The LPN continually works to meet client needs while coordinating and directing client care under the supervision of the RN.  Requirements include current licensure as an LPN in the State of MN in good standing and current CPR certification.  This is a full-time position (12-hour shift).  This role will switch between days/nights, and will work e/o weekend and e/o holiday.

RN Case Manager, Woodcrest

Come join our new Woodcrest of Country Manor in St. Joseph, MN as the RN Case Manager for memory care and senior apartments.  The assisted Living RN Case Manager is responsible for regularly evaluating and planning client care needs, performing nursing services, completing comprehensive assessments and communicating client's change of condition to appropriate providers.  The Assisted Living RN Case Manager is also responsible for supervising and training the LPN's and HHA's in accordance to Agency policy, facilitating Wellness clinics and client education, participating with budget planning and staffing, working in collaboration with housing, and attending meetings.  Once training has been completed, this position will require working on call rotation every 4-5 weeks.  Interested persons must be CPR certified and hold a current RN license in the State of MN.  The preferred candidate will have at least one year of RN experience working in homecare and assisted living, with case management experience as well as strong customer service skills.

HHA/TMA

Environmental Services Attendant

Country Manor is expanding! We have a new facility in St. Joseph, MN, and are looking for an Environmental Services Attendant.  The Environmental Services Attendant is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and odor-free enviroment for all tenants, employees, and volunteers of Woodcrest.  Responsibilities also include light maintenance of the facility, as well as assisting with the staffing schedule.  This role will start out as part-time, with the potential to go full-time.  The hours are 10:30am - 1:30pm, Saturdays and Sundays, with some periodic weekdays.  We offer competitive wages, with a benefits package for eligible employees that are scheduled to work 60 or more hours per pay period.
