Champion Rehabilitation Services employs on-site therapists who are registered and licensed with: MN Board of Medical Practice; National Board for Certified Occupational Therapists; MN Department of Health. Our therapists provide direct evaluations, treatments, establishment of functional maintenance programs and training of family and staff as needed. Champion Rehab provides therapy interaction to enrich the lives of those we touch and serve.
