  • Assistant Manager/Server

    Join Drakes, the Waterford's fine dining restaurant as an Assistant Manager - Server. The Assistant Manager -Server will supervise staff and ensure that standards of efficiency and quality are met within the department. Other duties include providing excellent customer service, performing daily census updates, and client/admission profile related reporting and recording. Some qualifications include supervisory experience, the ability to manage money, work with computers, food preparation, food handling, storage and sanitation.  This is a part-time position working 10-20 hours per week, with some nights, evenings, and weekends. The restaurant closes at 9:00 pm every night.

  • Lead Cook, Drakes Fine Dining and Spirits

    Lead Cook - Join Drakes Fine Dining and Spirits on our Country Manor Campus in Sartell as our Lead Cook!  This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, including some evening and weekend hours.  Drakes closes at 9:00 pm. 

    Responsibilities: 

    - Assisting Head Chef with daily food production and preparation of meals while following sanitary and safety regulations. 

    - Maintaining high standards of quality food preparation while utilizing standardized recipes to help determine portion control and appropriate quantities of food required.

    - Having all food ready at appropriate times.  

    - Checking/recording food temperatures as required, and 

    - Creativity with menu, recipe and production changes, suggesting changes.

    Qualifications: 

    - One year of cooking experience,

    - Ability to follow recipes and adjust as needed, to ensure quality food is prepared.

    - Must show potential to determine and direct needs without hesitation.

    - ServSafe preferred, but not required.
